Meet The Doctor
After completing a business degree Dr. Satin Perez followed her heart into Healthcare specializing in the Neuromuscular Skeletal system. She began Parker College of Chiropractic and concurrently earned B.S. degrees in Human Anatomy and Health and Wellness while attaining her Doctor of Chiropractic. Her clinical experience includes an abroad program in Bogota, Colombia whereby she worked together with the Colombian Olympic Committee to enhance the performance of all Olympic and national athletes. She spent 4 months managing cases of the Spine and Extremities that are common in athletes of Volleyball, Soccer, Cycling, Swimming, Rowing, Weight Lifting, Martial Arts and Tennis.
She is proficient in many adjusting techniques such as Diversified, Extremity Adjusting, Gonstead, Thompson, Upper Cervical, Sacral Occipital Technique, Applied Kinesiology, Activator and Flexion/Distraction. She is experienced in Cold Laser Therapy, Various Athletic Taping Procedures and the Graston Technique, an instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables break down of scar tissue and fascial restrictions.
